My Little Tobe is all Grown Up

When my mom was sick she mentioned she wanted to live to see a few things, (1) Josh as a daddy, and (2) Tobe in school.  As I have mentioned Tobe has been a bit delayed in development since he was  born.  He's been in early intervention (Kids on the Move) since he was 6 months and now that he's 3 they turn him over to the school district.  He is in a "special" preschool because I don't feel he's quite ready for a mainstream school yet.  But he is definitely improving and I think he's smart.  My mom did too.  She always would say, "He'll pull through".
Well today was his first day of school.  He was so excited.

He jumped out of his car seat and kissed Jane good-bye,

then Aly,

posed for a picture

"look at me and smile;)"...whatever,

"bye mom, bye mom, bye mom...

bye mom, bye mom, bye mom!!"

Then I got in the car and bawled.

But then I pulled it together and got A LOT done.
1-Jiffy Lube
2-Eye doctor
3-Grocery Store
4-Target
5-I even took my girls to the park.

Tobe had a wonderful time at school and was so proud.

That's awesome! I'm so glad he had a great day. Abby starts in less than 2 weeks...I think I'm going to be a basket case.

P.S. Have you seen the Favorite Things Swap on my blog? You ought to do it...it'll be fun!

And I'm doing a giveaway too...I'm getting a little too into this blogging thing. haha!

He is growing up- very cute little guy. Do you not have Jane and Tobe going to school at the same time- talk about getting things done, with only one child you wouldn't know what to do with yourself.

What a sweet little boy. Looks like he was ok, I think the mom always has a tougher time.
