Yesterday, Tobe asked if he could stay up with the big kids and not take a nap. I let him (after all he is almost 4). We watched TV which is really all he misses while he is dreaming because I have to keep Jane quiet so the others can sleep.
He lasted 5 minutes as a "Big Kid":)

Mallory thinks she does not need to nap anymore, too. But, once I put her down she is always asleep in an instant. My two older girls napped until they were almost five. I am hoping Mallory will do the same - for everyone's sake. She turns into a monster around dinnertime if she has not had her rest. Jane and Tobe are so angelic looking in that picture. Precious little ones. Have a great day!

I remember when I was a little girl, my mom would always tell me that one day, I would give anything to go to bed early or take a nap. I thought she was crazy! Now I know she is a very wise woman and knew exactly what she was talking about!
I agree with Dawn, everyone should take naps!! And if I had my way, I would always be in bed by 9:00!
The older we get the more naps we need. But aren't they sweet when they are asleep. Jenn misses Tobe too.
