It's For A Good Cause

Is it O.K. to ruin your diet if you're teaching your daughter math? Jane loves to learn. She is actually really smart because she retains information like her daddy. She's been asking me lately what 2+2 is and so forth so we got out our favorite treat (chocolate chips and peanut butter) and worked on our math skills. After all, if you start with 10 chocolate chips and eat 10 how many are left? Yep it's ZERO...Yummy!!

I know I would have been so much better at math if this is how I learned. :)

You've got your priorities straight, my friend!

I always learn better on a full stomach, too!

I would have taught Jane using 10chocolate chip cookies instead of just chips.

Isn't it fun watching them grow and learn. Spencer amazes me daily with the things he knows. He now doesn't even have to count things to add. He can look at them and tell you what it equals. So FUN!!

Is there any such thing as a BAD excuse to cheat on a diet?!?!? I hate diets...I suck at math and I am thinking it's cause my mom didn't teach me with such a great method :)
