Too Busy Facebookin'

Amanda Dorius Hatch's Facebook profile

I hate to admit it. I vowed I would always be true to my blog. I'd never give in to all those evil facebookers and hurt my blog's feelings like that. But I have given in. It's not my fault really. I signed up for an account just to see my brother's pictures from his internship in Peru. Next thing I know I am being sucked in friend by friend, long losts by long losts, old boyfriends (what??), and now I am one of those evil facebookers...agh!! So when you wonder why my blog gets updated...hardly ever... it's because I am over on facebook wasting my time there:)

Hey, we need to be "friends" on facebook! I have a facebook account too. I spy on my son and his friends that way (heehee). I have found many old friends and extended family members.

Oh, I know what ya mean! I signed up to be hip and keep up with Madi, her friends, and all my YW! It's very interesting, and so far no one has rejected me as a friend. I'm feeling the love♥! I do still however love blogging much more!

I agree it is evil and a bit disturbing. Aaron and I stayed up late looking for old boyfriends, girlfriends, mission folk, etc. It is scary how fast people from the past can find you.

Don't neglect your blog - I live for your updates, Josh's updates, and ideas from all your blogging buddies.

So you have gone over to the dark side, eh? I am only now clueing in to Facebook. Where have I been? Still have not joined though. Afraid of opening a can of worms. It must be a nice distraction when you need one, right? I had a talk with Dawn yesterday. She gave me Dorius family updates and news. Glad to hear you are all remaining close and strong for one another. Lean on each other. Continue to be hopeful and happy, regardless of life's surprises. Oh, and I loved the "quoting Kat Bean" story Dawn relayed. Too funny. AH

It is so addicting! Isn't it fun to find old friends on there?! It is hard to balance the two.

Well I am offended. You have not asked me to be your friend! Great now I have to look at both facebook and blogger to get updated on your life. You don't make it easy that is for sure!! :0)
